摘要
为降低四臂锚杆钻机在超负荷状态使用过程中出现的液压系统高温现象,设计增加了1套强制冷却装置。此装置在不影响设备自身电气系统和液压系统的情况下,内接动力源为设备的液压系统冷却降温。试验结果表明此装置降温效果显著,平均降温幅度达15℃,保证了系统的正常运行。
To reduce the hydraulic system high temperatures used in the overload state of the fourboom roof boher, a cooling device was designed. This device does not affect the device itself in the electrical system and hydraulic system of the case, the internal power source for the equipment of the hydraulic system cool down. The results show a significant cooling effect of this device, the average cooled temperature of 15℃, to ensure the normal running of the system.
