摘要
根据薄煤层综采的特点,给出了薄煤层掩护式液压支架的总体结构方案,建立了顶梁的三维实体模型并进行了模型简化、网格划分和边界条件的确定,分析了顶梁受两端集中载荷和受单侧载荷2种工况的受力情况,分别对这2种工况施加了边界条件和载荷,通过计算结果分析了顶梁的静态特性,指出了薄煤层掩护式液压支架顶梁设计中存在的问题,并给出了解决方案和措施。
According to the characteristics of fully mechanized mining in thin coal seam, the structure scheme of shield hydraulic support used in thin coal seam is presented. 3D solid model of top beam is built and the model is simplified and meshed, boundary condition is confirmed. The force is analyzed when top beam supports focus load in two sides and in one side. The boundary condition and the load are applied respectively in these two different working conditions and the static characteristics of the top beam are analyzed with calculating results. The existing problems in the design of shield hydraulic support used in thin coal seam are pointed and the solutions and measures are proposed.
