摘要
为了降低40T支架搬运车在实际使用过程中由于油温所导致的故障率,根据40T支架搬运车实际使用工况,在充分认识了油温对闭式液压系统的影响后,通过对闭式系统的发热量、散热量和动态热平衡的理论计算以及深入分析,确定了系统的持续工作压差和补油量是影响闭式系统油温的两大因素,并结合实际测量数据加以验证。通过调整影响闭式系统油温的因素,可以提高闭式液压系统的可靠性、稳定性,是一种控制闭式液压系统内部油温的有效途径。
In order to reduce malfunction rate of 40T hydraulic support carrier in industry productivity. Based on its working conditions in daily use and fully realized that the oil temperature is the important factor to it's closed hydraulic system,through theoretical calculation and analysis of the calorificvalue, the heat release and the dynamic heat balance,also combined with the actual measurement data, regard that the oil pressure drop and flow rate high affected the system temperature. So closed hydraulic system's reliability and stability could be improved just by adjusting the above two factors,and this is also an effective ways to control the oil temperature.
