摘要
钛合金材料属于难切削加工材料,对其采用高速切削方法进行加工能保证加工质量和实现以切削加工代替磨削加工,提高加工效率,避免低速加工的许多不利因素。通过针对钛合金材料高速切削加工的几个试验,获得相关试验数据并绘成图表,研究和分析切削线速度、进给量和刀具角度的大小对零件表面质量、刀具使用寿命的影响因素。
Titanium alloy is the material that difficult to cut. It is machined in high speed so as to guarantee the good quality of processing,cut instead of grinding,raise working efficiency and avoid many unfavourable factors of low speed machining. The data can be obtained and a diagram can be drawn by the test about high speed machining of Titanium alloy, and research the effect factory of the part's surface quality and the service life of cutter about the cutting speed, the feed and the angle of cutter.
