摘要
在切割1～6 mm的钢板时,如果用剪板机来裁切,切后弯边较大,变形严重,需校平整形,费时费工,效率低下。针对上述问题,设计研制了砂轮片切割机,切割后的薄型金属板变形较小,省时省力,大大提高了劳动效率。
In cutting the steel plates at 1 -6 mm,if with scissors to cut, Curved sides are larger after cutting, deformation is serious,it need to correct,wasted time,Labor inefficiency. For the above questions,we designed of the grinding machine ,cut thin metal plates of smaller deformation,saved time, work efficiency greatly enhanced.
