摘要
为更好地治理煤矿井下掘进工作面的粉尘危害,改善作业环境,基于掘进工作面的产尘机理、喷雾降尘机理和隔尘降尘思路,设计了一种新型旋转喷雾降尘装置,并对其在掘进机上的机载应用进行了研究。旋转喷雾降尘装置从掘进面的产尘源点进行捕尘、控尘以及二次负压降尘,达到有效隔尘降尘的目的,降尘效果比原有喷雾系统明显。
In order to father dust harm better at heading face and to improve work condition in the mine, a new circumgyrated water spraying dust control device is designed and had a research of onboard application about the circumgyrated water spraying dust control device used on the roadheader based on the dust production mechanism ,the water praying dust control mechanism and dust isolation and control idea.The circumgyrated water praying dust control device catching,controling and absorbing dust by the second egative pressure had a good result of dust isolation and control which was obviously better than the quondam water spraying system.
