摘要
针对井下隔爆型变频器出现结露现象,阐述了湿空气的结露机理,通过试验和分析得出,环境、结构、温差和粉尘是引起隔爆箱体内部出现结露和冷凝水的原因。并提出防止冷凝水形成的措施,对保证隔爆型变频器的安全工作具有重要指导意义。
About the dewing phenomenon of under-mine explosion-proof inverter, some mechanisms of wet air dewing was introduced. Environment, structure, temperature-difference and dust are the reasons of dewing and forming condensation water by experiment and analysis. It presents some methods to prevent the condensation water forming, it is important to protect explosion-proof inverter safe working.
