松软突出顺煤层异形钻杆及其施工工艺技术研究

Research of Heterogeneous Drill Rod and Craft Technology of Construction for Soft-extrude Coal along Level Bed

以松软突出顺煤层用异形钻杆及其钻进工艺为研究对象,介绍了松软突出顺煤层异形钻杆的研制及其钻进工艺;阐述了异形钻杆的结构和排渣机理,并通过工艺试验,验证了异形钻杆在松软突出顺层中钻孔施工的可行性,优化了异形钻杆的制造工艺。

Took heterogeneous drill rod and the craft technology of construction for soft-extrude along coal bed as object of study. Heterogeneous drill rod and the craft technology of construction used in soft-extrude along level coal bed were introduced. The structure of heterogeneous drill rod and the principle of slag extractor elaborated. The drilling hole construction feasibility and optimized the manufacture craft of the heterogeneous drill rod in the soft-extrude along coal bed through the craft testing were confirmed.
