历史制度主义视域下政治合法性的内在张力

The Inner Tension of Political Legitimacy from the Perspective of Historical Institutionalism

政治合法性作为实质性争议概念,主要表现为不同研究者关于政治合法性本质特征的各种理解存在某种基本共识,但在这些观点和理论之中也有着明显的差异和较大的分歧。通过引入历史制度主义的分析视角,使政治合法性分析同历史制度主义研究路径的分析模式结合,不仅可以揭示合法性评价活动的双重观念向度,还可以从历史进程分析的角度考察合法性评价客体的权威内涵及制度层次。在历史制度主义视域下进行相关分析,有助于进一步认识政治合法性的内在张力,并为更好地理解政治合法性的丰富内涵提供必要的条件。

Political legitimacy is an important concept in political studies, although there are a lot of obvious differences and momentous divergences,the consensus as common understanding of essence of political legitimacy still exist.By introducing the historical institutionalism as an analytical approach,it helps to explore the dual dimensions of idea in evaluating actions,and to analyze the authority intention with institutional levels of political legitimacy from the perspective of historical analysis.The combination of political legitimacy with some correlating analytical patterns of historical institutionalist approach thus makes contribution to obtain a comprehensive and well-defined conception of political legitimacy.
