摘要
通过4个生产实例说明了带式输送机操作、运行方式不当产生的跑偏、打滑,撕裂和断带设备故障。分析了4例故障产生的原因。指出了避免同类故障的关于带式输送机运行和维护工作中的运行方法和操作方式的9个要点以及相关的技术措施。
The belt conveyer of fault arise from incorrect methods of the operation and the operating of belt conveyer by 4 experience examples are explained, and the causes of the accident as well is analysed. Moreover, to avoid accident occurred like those examples,it sums the methods of the operation and the operating in belt conveyer,and the other technical measures in operation and the operating which have influence on the using of belt conveyer also.
