稀有鮈鲫精子主要生物学特性及活力的观察 被引量:12

摘要 研究了不同水体、盐度(NaCl溶液)和pH对稀有鮈鲫(Gobiocypris rarus)精子活力的影响,并测定了精子的大小、密度。结果显示:稀有鮈鲫精子头部长(1.246±0.083)μm,宽(1.053±0.172)μm,尾长约(37.21±2.536)μm;精子密度为(4.623±0.170)×109 ind./mL;精子活力以江水中最高;精子生存的最适NaCl浓度为0.55%,此溶液中精子的快速运动时间,有效运动时间及寿命分别为(36.04±2.55)s、(50.57±2.69)s和(87.83±9.02)s;精子在pH为8.0的蒸馏水中活力最强,此时精子的快速运动时间,有效运动时间及寿命分别为(22.01±2.35)s、(33.82±3.06)s和(78.02±2.99)s。 In order to investigate the effects of different aqueous solution,salinity(NaCl solution) and pH on the sperm motility of Gobiocypris rarus,sperm were collected from the healthy male G.rarus by artificial conduction;the size and density of the sperm were also measured.The results showed that the sperm with a density of(4.623±0.170)×109 ind./mL is constitute of a head(1.246±0.083) μm in length and(1.053±0.172)μm in width and a long tail about(37.21±2.536)μm in length.The sperm have the highest motility in river water,while the best condition for sperm to exist is the water with a NaCl concentration of 0.55%,in which the fast movement time,valid movement time and lifespan were(36.04±2.55)s,(50.57±2.69)s and(87.83±9.02)s,respectively.In addition,sperm in the distilled water with pH of 8.0 has the highest motility,and the fast movement time,valid movement time and lifetime were(22.01±2.35)s,(33.82±3.06)s and(78.02±2.99)s,respectively.
