摘要
伴随人类社会的快速变迁,与工作相关的学习的必要性与重要性日益凸显,工作-学习作为一个独立而专门的学术探究领域,已然成为教育科学的新疆域。本文基于对西方工作-学习领域若干学术期刊近十年来发表的论文及经典文献的梳理,针对两种典型范式,即人力资源开发范式和工作场所学习范式,从工作场所学习的本质分析、工作场所学习观的创新、工作场所作为一种独特的学习环境、工作-学习作为一个学术领域的合法性等方面,评述该领域已取得的重要理论成果,以期为我国开展工作-学习领域的研究活动与本土理论建设提供国际参照,从而更好地服务于我国9亿劳动者的人力资源开发与发展。
Work-learning research has become the new territory of educational science. Based on a thorough review of important literatures such as books and peer-reviewed journal articles in the recent decade, this paper reviews the theoretical advances of work-learning in the West from four perspectives: 1 ) the research paradigms, 2 ) the nature of workplace learning including the bran-new perspectives on learning, 3 ) the workplace as an extraordinary learning environment, and 4 ) the legitimacy of researching work-learning as an independent academic domain. At the end, it discusses the implications for developing theories indigenous to China, and for promoting the national strategy of human resource development, especially for 0. 9 billion labor force.
