摘要
目的探讨外伤性白内障的最佳手术时机及手术方式。方法对108例（108眼）外伤性白内障按伤后手术的时间早晚不同分为3组，在伤后不同时间做白内障摘出及人工晶状体植入术，观察其手术效果。结果随访半年后视力都有提高，除2例眼内炎外，无严重并发症。结论外伤性白内障根据不同情况采用不同的手术时机及手术方式，效果良好。
Objective To study the best surgical timing and operative methods in traumatic cata- ract. Methods 108 cases（ 108 eyes） of traumatic cataract were divided into three groups acorrding to their surgical time after the trauma. We performd cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. The visual acuity was recorded. Results The best correct visual acuity was improved in the followed up 6 months. The visual acuity was meanly 0.30-0.50. No obvious complication was found except for two cases of endoph- thalmitis. Conclusions Different surgical timing and operative methods selected for patients with traumatic cataract. The effect is good.
