摘要
目的探讨青年性眼睑皮肤松弛症的手术方法和疗效。方法对23例（43眼）测量出需切除的上睑皮肤量，根据不同局部解剐特点，采用小间的手术方法整复。结果23例（43眼）术后既恢复了视野和视力，也获得了满意的荚窬效果。随访1～3年疗效稳定。结论所用方法治疗眼睑松弛症疗效确切可靠，合乎美容要求。
Objective To evaluate the surgical method and clinical result to treat the blepharochalasis. Methods Surgeon clipped redundant skirl of upper eyelid with forceps,so that would be excised was marked out. We choose different methods to perform plastic opreration on 43 eyes of 23 cases of blepharucha- lasis according to different topographic anatomic characteristics. Results Postoperatively,not only the pa- tients recovered in the followed-up period of 1 year-3 years. Conclusion These methods are effective in patients with t）lepharochalasls and meet the cosmetic demands.
