科技文化创新是国家创新体系中不可或缺的关键资源,体现着一个国家或区域的综合实力和竞争力。河南省正处于中原崛起的关键时期,迫切需要高校大力提供科技文化技术支撑。河南高校要努力做好科技文化创新工作,不断提高在服务地方经济社会发展中的重要性和贡献度,助推实现中原崛起。

The innovation in sci-tech and culture represents the general strength and competitive strength of a nation or a region as one of the indispensable core resources in the national system of creation. Henan Province is on its way of development during the critical period of the rise of the Central Plains and is in urgent need of technological and cultural sopport from the local universities. The local universities should make great efforts to do well in sci-tech and cultural innovation, improve their position and contribution in serving the local social and economical development and promote the process of the rise and prosperity of the Central Plains.
