大学生创业政策与创业行为契合机制研究

RESEARCH ON THE CONJUNCTION MECHANISMS INVOLVING COLLEGE STUDENTS'EMPLOYMENT POLICY AND BEHAVIOR

创业政策的完善是创业活动增长的重要因素和重要动力,是推动创业活动的第一要素。在全民创业的时代,政府出台鼓励创业的措施,在实际中却存在着政策操作的难度大、政策优惠的作用小、政策设限的条件多、政策导向的层次低等与政策初衷明显错位的问题。作为大学生创业规则的制定者,政府必须立足大学生的实际需求,帮助大学生解决实际困难,促进大学生创业活动又好又快地开展。

The improvement of employment policy is vital to people＇ s livelihood, which contributes to the increase in the activities of starting an undertaking. In an era of starting an undertaking for all the people, it＇ s difficult for government to formulate measures to encourage their entrepreneurial activities. There exist some problems such as the difficulty of policy operation, the weak function of policy preference, more limitations placed by policies, lower-levelled policy orientation and the obvious dislocation of policy. The government must meet college students＇ actual demand and help them work out solutions to their practical difficulties and promote the sound development of their entrepreneurial activities.
