摘要
当前严峻的就业形势给大学生就业产生前所未有的影响,对大学生心理造成了极大的压力,使他们在认知、情绪和人际交往方面受到不同程度的影响。从高校、大学生个体和政府层面提出解决大学生就业心理障碍的策略。
The current severe employment circumstances have an unprecedented impact on college students＇ employment and have given rise to great pressures on their psychology, which affects them to varying degrees in the field of cognition, mood and human communication. The paper brings forward some tactics to deal with these psychological barriers in job-hunting from such levels as universities, individual student and the government.
