日粮中不同氟含量对AA肉鸡的影响

The Effect of Dietary Fluoride on the Growth of Broilers

本研究对 Ａ Ａ 肉鸡在一月龄内饲喂不同氟含量日粮。日粮氟含量分别为２５０ ，５００，１ ０００ ｍ ｇ／ｋｇ。比较其临床症状、增重、主要脏器病理组织学变化、腿骨 Ｘ光检查及胫骨氟含量测定。结果显示，高氟日粮使 Ａ Ａ 雏鸡生长发育受到不同程度的抑制，尤其对骨骼发育影响严重。日粮中２５０ ｍ ｇ／ｋｇ 的氟含量对 Ａ Ａ 雏鸡并不安全。

The 100 broilers of 3 days old were separated to 4 groups ,1 as control ,other 3 groups were fed with 250,500,1 000 mg fluoride in per kg diet respectively for 28 days.The chinical signs,micropathologic picture of kidney,liver, heart and spleen,the X rays checking and fluoride concentration of the leg bone were studied .The results showed that high level of fluoride in diets inhibited the growth of the broilers seriously ,especialy of the bone system The concentration of 250 mg of fluoride in per kg broilers diets was not a safe level limitation,althoμgh the chick manifested no obviously abnormal chinical signs the fluoride had accumulated in the bone too much and damaged its development under this level.
