CT对胃癌的诊断价值及应用限度

The Value and Limits of CT in the diagnosis of gastric cancer

目的探讨螺旋CT对胃癌的诊断价值及应用限度。方法回顾性分析38例经病理检查确诊的胃癌患者的螺旋CT检查表现。结果 0例肿瘤累及胃浆膜层,8例肿瘤突破胃浆膜层,10例肿瘤向外侵犯并发生转移。结论螺旋CT检查可显示胃癌肿块大小、形态,肿瘤与周围组织的关系及淋巴结转移情况,对胃癌的术前分期评估及治疗方法的选择具有重要意义。

Objective To evaluate the value and limits Of spiral CT in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.Methods The characteristics of CT of 38 patients with pathologically confirmed gastric cancer were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of the 38 patients,20 had serous involvement,8 had serous penetration,and 10 had tumors extending to the surrounding tissues or metastases.Conclusion Spiral CT examination can show tumor size,shape,the relationship between tumor and surrounding tissues and lymph node metastasis.It is useful in the preoperative staging and treatment decision making in the patients with gastric cancer.
