摘要
目的探讨后腹膜肿瘤的种类及诊治方法。方法回顾性分析后腹膜肿瘤23例的临床资料。结果 23例患者均行手术治疗,其中3例(13.1%)为腹腔镜手术,术后根据病理检查结果再行后续治疗。结论后腹膜肿瘤的来源多样性,手术切除肿瘤是治疗的关键。
Objective To explore the retroperitoneal tumor types,diagnosis and treatment.Methods Retrospective analysis clinical data of 23 cases with retroperitoneal tumors.Results 23 patients were all carried out surgery to resect the tumor,including 3 cases（13.1%） for laparoscopic surgery.Postoperative treatments were followed by the pathological result.Conclusion The retroperitoneal tumors have diversities,surgical resection is the key of the treatment.
