祁连山区祁连圆柏种子育苗技术研究

Seed Propagation of Juniperus przewalskii in Qilian Mountains Region

祁连圆柏(Sabina przewalskii Kom)是祁连山生态系统建群种之一,通过苗床地选择、苗床设置、种子的选择、种子处理、种子催芽等研究,提出一套祁连圆柏育苗技术体系。通过苗后物候观测及样地调查,研究了祁连圆柏苗木生长节律和影响苗木生长的环境因子。结果表明:祁连圆柏1～2年生幼苗年生长过程为全期生长型,3年生以上苗木为前期速生型;温室和塑料大棚育苗能显著提高苗木生长量;4年生圆柏苗要及时出圃,如需培养大苗必须换床定植。

Sabina przewalskii is one of constructive species of the ecosystem.Through the choice of beds,beds set,seed selection,seed treatment,seed germination and other studies,a set of breeding-technology systems for Sabina przewalskii was proposed.Through postemergence phenological observations sample plots,the growth rhythm environmental factors of Sabina przewalskii were studied.Result shows that：growth for 1-2-year-old seedlings of Sabina przewalskii is the whole period of growth form,seedling more than 3 years being early fast-growing type;greenhouse nursery greenhouses can significantly improve seedling growth;4-year-old Sabina przewalskii should be dispatched from the nursery promptly,seedlings of culture must be changed for bed planting.
