摘要
目的观察阿托伐他汀钙对2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者的疗效。方法选取80例2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者应用立普妥治疗1个月,观察血脂变化情况。结果立普妥纠正糖尿病患者的血脂异常总有效率为100%,以降低总胆固醇、低密度胆固醇水平为主,同时也降低甘油三酯、升高高密度胆固醇水平。结论立普妥能迅速有效调节2型糖尿病伴高脂血症患者的血脂异常,降低心脑血管卒中的危险性。
Objective To observe the treatment effect of Atorvastatin Calcium on type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）patients with hyperlipemia.Methods 80 T2DM patients with hyperlipemia were selected to be cured by Lipitor for a month,and observed their lipid changes.Results The total effective rate was 100% by Lipitor correctd the dyslipidemia of the diabetes mellitus patients.Lipitor mainly reduced total cholesterol and low density cholesterol level,and it also lowered triglyceride and increased high density cholesterol level.Conclusion Lipitor can quickly and effectively regulate the dyslipidemia of T2DM patients with hyperlipemia,and reduce the risk of cardiovascular stroke.
