都市农业的形成背景及发展对策

STUDY ON FORMATION BACKGROUND AND DEVELOPMENT COUNTERMEASURES OF URBAN AGRICULTURE

都市经济的高度发展使城乡关系发生很大变化，传统的城郊农业概念已经容纳不了都市区域范围内农业的新内容，这就必然要产生一个全新的概念——都市农业。然而，都市农业要发展成为集约、持续和高效的产业，也一定要采取相应的发展对策，如都市农业的功能应由单一的生产功能向多功能方向拓展；实现农副产品生产、深度加工和市场销售的一体化；率先在设施农业生产中实现高智能化；全方位开拓外向型农业生产领域；优先发展农业信息产业等。

The high development of urban economy brings great changes to the relations between town and country.The traditional conception of outskirts agriculture cant hold the new contents of agriculture in urban regions.As a result,a new conception of urban agriculture emerges.We will build urban agriculture into an intensive,sustainable and high benefit industry.Therefore,some appropriate development countermeasures must be taken.In the concrete,these consist of extending urban agricultures simple production function into multiple function,performing integration of production,deep processing and marketing of farm and side line products,highly intellectualizing installation agriculture production at first,exploiting foreign oriented farm production domain and giving priority to development of agriculture information industry.
