摘要
目的开发Bliss法测定半数致死量(LD50)的应用程序。方法应用统计软件R编程实现半数致死量测定程序,与现有常规程序对比验证。结果 R的实现代码简短,可读性高,运行结果精确可靠。结论利用R开发程序是解决Bliss法求LD50及其它相关毒理、药理学研究问题的一个有效手段。
Objective A program was developed to calculate the median lethal dose（LD50） with Bliss algorithm. Methods The program was built in R,and its results were compared with previous calculations in publications. Results The legibility and ease of understanding of the program were much greater,and the accuracy of results was also presented. Conclusions It is an effective way for LD50 calculations performed by Bliss and such related issues in toxicology and pharmacology via developing in R.
