某医院产碳青霉烯酶细菌的检测与流行状况分析

Study on Detection of KPC-producing Bacteria and Their Epidemic Status in a Hospital

目的了解中南大学湘雅二医院产KPC酶细菌的流行情况。方法收集该院2010年1-5月的耐亚胺培南(泰能)的46株菌株,采用改良的Hodge试验检测预留菌株是否产生KPC酶。结果所有预留菌株改良的Hodge试验均为阴性。结论该院未检出产KPC酶的细菌,未有产KPC酶的细菌流行。

Objective To investigate the prevalent condition of KPCproducing bacteria in the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University. Methods Forty-six KPC-producing strains which were resistant to IMP were collected from the Second Xiangya Hospital from January to May,2010.The modified Hodge test was used to identify whether the bacteria produced the KPC or not. Results All of the results were negative when all of the bacteria were done by the modified Hodge test. Conclusions The study shows that there are no KPC-producing bacteria in the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University.
