摘要 目的定量评价E170电化学发光免疫分析仪技术性能。方法以E2(Estradiol)检测为例,对系统检测的准确度、精密度、灵敏度和可测范围等指标进行研究。结果各项技术指标均达到和超过了实验方法选择的标准。结论 Elecsys170电化学发光荧光免疫分析系统是一套有效性好、准确度高、灵敏度高、系统精度良好的自动化免疫分析系统,可满足临床和科研工作的需要。 Objective To quantitatively assess the technical properties of the electrochemical illuminescent immunoassay system of E170. Methods The accuracy,precision,sensitivity and the measurement region of E2 were evaluated. Results All the markers achieved or exceeded the standard of the method. Conclusion The electrochemical illuminescent immunoassay system of E170 shows good validity,accuracy,precision and wide measurement region.It is suitable for routine clinical test and scientific research.
