玫瑰单胞菌新疆分离株理化性质研究

Physiological and Biochemical Study on Roseomonas Strains Isolated from Xinjiang Autonomous Region

摘要 目的了解玫瑰单胞菌新疆分离株的理化性质特征。方法参考《微生物学实验手册》进行生理生化实验、形态学及脂肪酸分析等方法。结果实验菌株为革兰染色阴性、严格需氧的小球杆菌,在LB平板培养基上形成的菌落较小,圆形,光滑,湿润,有光泽,颜色为浅粉色。最适生长温度为37℃,在含有5%以上NaCl的培养基中不能生长。该菌能发酵葡萄糖、利用棕檬酸盐,接触酶试验阳性、脲酶试验阳性、UV吸收试验阳性。主要脂肪酸成分为C16:0、C17:0、C18:1ω9c和C19:0cyc。对多粘菌素、两性霉素、克林霉素、氨苄青霉素有抗性;对卡那霉素、四环素、庆大霉素等敏感。结论玫瑰单胞菌新疆分离株理化特征与该菌属其他相关种差异较大,提示可能是一个新亚种或变种。 Objective To investigate the physiological and biochemical characteristics of Roseomonas strains isolated from Xinjiang Autonomous Region. Methods According to Laboratory Manual of Microbiology,bacterial morphological,physiological and biochemical tests and fatty acids analysis were used in this study. Results The strains were gram negative and strictly aerobic coccobacillus.Colonies on LB plates appeared pinpoint,raised,shiny,entire,runny,mucoid and pale-pink in color.They grew optimally at 37 ℃,but not in the presence of ≥ 5% NaCl.The tests showed positive result for urease,D-glucose,citrate,UV absorption,and catalase.The predominant fatty acids were C16:0、C17:0、C18:1 ω9c and C19:0 cyc.The antibiotic susceptibility tests showed that the strains were resistant to colistin,amphotericin,clindamycin and ampicillin,but they were sensitive to kanamycin,tetracycline and gentamicin. Conclusions Based on its biochemical and phylogenetic characteristics,we propose these isolates represent a novel species of the genus Roseomonas.
