摘要
以FET管ATF36077实现基站接收机前端的低噪声放大器(LNA).首先根据设计指标确定FET管的直流工作点及偏置网络;其次通过输出端并联电阻元件以及对器件源端的电感值进行优化,以保证放大器工作的稳定性;最后以最小噪声系数和最大增益要求设计输入和输出匹配网络.结果表明:工作频率为1.92~1.98 GHz时,既可满足增益的设计要求,又可使输入输出端的驻波比达到很小的值,而且线性度良好.
The low-noise amplifier(LNA) applied to the front of the mobile communication base station receiver was designed by using PHEMT ATF36077.Firstly,the appropriate DC point and bias network were selected according to the designing specifications requirement.Secondly,the value of the shunt resistor and inductance was optimized to ensure the stability of the amplifier.Then the input and output matching networks were designed based on the minimum noise figure and maximum gained guidelines.The simulation results indicated that at the operating frequency between 1.92 GHz and 1.98 GHz,the gain and the noise figure meet the design requirements simultaneously,the input and output VSWR was very small,and good linearity was achieved.
