掺铝氧化锌纳米粉体的制备及性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用溶胶凝胶法制备掺铝氧化锌(AZO)纳米粉体,将其用硅烷偶联剂表面改性,采用溶液共混法制备出聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)/掺铝氧化锌(AZO)复合膜片.用热重差示扫描量热分析、X线衍射分析、透射电镜、激光粒度分析仪、紫外-可见分光光度仪、紫外-可见-近红外分光光度仪对AZO粉体及其改性后的无水乙醇分散液和PVB/AZO复合膜片性能进行表征.研究铝掺杂量对AZO粉体结晶程度和PVB/AZO复合膜片的不同波段光线吸收的影响.结果表明:随着铝掺杂含量增加,粉体结晶程度变低.当铝掺杂含量为2%时,PVB/AZO复合膜片紫外光线透过率最高,近红外波段透过率最低. AZO nanoparticles were prepared by sol-gel method,and treated with silane coupling agent.Their PVB composite films were prepared by solution blending.The properties of AZO powders,modified AZO powders and PVB/AZO films were characterized by TG-DSC,XRD,TEM,laser particle analyzer,UV-Vis spectroscopy and UV-Vis-NIR spectroscopy.The influence of the aluminum doping concentration on the crystallization of AZO powders and UV-vis-NIR light absorption properties of PVB/AZO films were investigated.The results show that the crystallization properties of AZO powders were becoming worse with the increaseed aluminum doping concentration.The PVB/AZO composite film gives the highest UV transmittance and lowest NIR transmittance at an aluminum doping ratio of 2%.
