摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术中胆管解剖变异及并发症的防范。方法对2004年12月至2009年12月进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的454例患者胆管变异情况、处理措施、并发症的临床资料,进行分析。结果 76例(21.1%)患者出现胆管解剖变异,5例患者中转开腹,无并发症发生。结论熟悉胆道解剖变异,合理处理,有利于降低胆道并发症发生。
Objective To investigated the prevention of complications from bile duct anatomic variations during laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Metheds To analyze the data of 454 cases of bile duct variation,treatment measures and complications during 5 years from December 2004 to December 2009 after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Results There were 76 cases who suffered from bile duct anatomic variations,5 cases were converted to open cholecystectomy,and no complication.Conclusion It is helpful for decreasing the complications to be familiar to bile duct anatomic variations and deal with it reasonable.
