摘要 煤泥水难于自然沉降。通过煤泥水性质分析和混凝效果对比实验,选择PAC--NPAM联用处理煤泥水。正交试验具体分析凝聚剂投加量、絮凝剂投加量、搅拌速度和搅拌时间对混凝法处理煤泥水的影响,得出最佳工艺条件;即:采用PAC--NPAM混凝法处理煤泥水有较好的效果,COD和SS的去除率均>95%,处理后水质的各项指标均能达到国家相关排放标准,且能满足洗煤工艺的用水要求。 Aiming at the problem that natural sedimentation is difficult for slurry water,the authors selected the PAC——NPAM combined treatment to treat slurry water through the analysis of its characteristics and the comparative experiment of coagulation effect.The orthogonal experiment has been used to analyze the effect of coagulant and flocculant dosages,stirring spead and time to slurry water treatment by coagulation,and obtained optimum technology conditions.The results showed that the effect of PAC——NPAM combined treatment to slurry water was effectively,the removal rate of COD and SS reached to 95%.The indexes of treated water can reach to the national emission standards and meet the requirements of coal washing process water.
