摘要
采用恒温水浴法﹑回流提取法﹑微波提取法﹑超声波提取法探讨花生仁的抗氧化性,通过对羟自由基的清除作用比较各种方法的优缺点。结果表明:以氢氧化钠作溶剂,采用恒温水浴法的提取效果较佳,其最佳工艺条件为:以0.1 mol/L氢氧化钠溶液为溶剂,温度为37℃,时间为60 min。
By thermostatic baths,refluxing extraction,microwave extraction,ultrasonic extraction research antioxidant content of peanut kernels,discusses its comparative advantages and disadvantages of various methods through the determination of free radical scavenging effect.The results indicated that the optimum solution extraction Sodium hydroxide by thermostatic baths,resonable technological conditions are the thermostatic water sodium hydroxide solvent extraction method,the temperature is 37 d℃,the time is 60min.
