Notch1和VEGF在多发性骨髓瘤发生、发展中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 多发性骨髓瘤(MM)是终末分化的恶性B系肿瘤,以浆细胞克隆性增殖为特征,其特征是合成和分泌免疫球蛋白的浆细胞发生恶性变,在血清或尿中出现单克隆的免疫球蛋白,临床有骨痛、溶骨性损害、贫血、肾功能不全、高钙血症等表现。MM发生发展与骨髓瘤细胞的异常增殖和微环境血管生成密切相关。Notch信号通路和血管内皮因子(VEGF)通路参与包括MM在内的多种肿瘤的发生发展,也是影响血管生成的关键因素,在肿瘤与血管新生研究领域备受关注。现对Notch1和VEGF在MM发生、发展中的作用作一综述。
