产校合作下高校资源整合机制的实证研究

高校资源整合是解决高校资源短缺的有效途径,产校合作下高校的资源整合适应了社会经济发展的需要。通过对大连理工大学国家示范性软件学院实训基地运行的实证分析,发现构建由法律协定、人力资源整合、物力资源整合、财力资源整合和无形资源整合的产校资源整合机制,可以有效推动校企间的合作。

The integration of university resources is the effective way to solve the shortage of recources in universites.The resource integration in cooperation of production and university meets the needs of social and economic development.The empirical research on the training base of software school of Dalian University of Techonlogy suggests that the integration mechanism promotes the cooperation and exchanges between schools and enterprises by constructing a legaly agreed integration of human resources,material resources,financial resources and intangible resources.
