Professional Degree Education under Unbalanced Power:Quality Crisis and Model Reconstruction

专业学位教育已经成为我国高层次人才培养的重要组成部分。但在专业学位教育中,政府、高校和市场的良性互动系统并未形成。体现市场需求和权力的专业组织缺位,对专业学位教育质量的负面影响显著,并反映出我国高校组织与所属体制结构的局限。专业学位教育质量危机的解决,有赖于政府、高校及市场之间协调机制的重构,其关键环节在于专业组织的制度嵌入。

Professional degree education is an important part in cultivation of high-level talents.However,the interactive system among governments,universities and market has not been developed.The absence of professional organizations,which reflect market demand and power,exerts a negative influence on the quality of professional degree education,and indicates the limits of higher education organizations and system structure.To solve this problem,coordination mechanism among governments,universities and market should be reestablished,and as the key part of the solution,professional organizations should be embedded into the system.
