摘要
日本曾通过"教育立国"战略培养出了高素质国民,为其经济发展提供了所需的人力资本,实现了快速赶超欧美经济发达国家的目标。但同时,其教育中的一些问题也导致了日本的教育荒废现象。究其原因,主要在于日本文化的双重性格及其对教育所产生的影响。
Japanese citizen with high quality was cultivated through the development of education,thus providing powerful human resources for Japanese economical development and quickly moving towards the aim of catching advanced countries in Europe and America.Meanwhile,however,some problems in education led to the educational desolate phenomenon mainly caused by the dual characteristics of Japanese culture.
