指出了在世行项目规划中进行社区林业评估的重要性，全面系统地介绍了社区林业评估的方法、步骤， 并以山西省在实际规划中的应用作为实例， 对评估的全过程进行诠释、解剖， 使评估的方法更加详细、具体， 增强了其实用性和可操作性。对于今后的群众造林、流域治理、林业开发都具有重要的指导意义和借鉴作用。
Pointed out the importance of evaluation of community forestry in World Bank loan projects,introduced comprehensively and systematically its method and procedure,and taking the applying in Shanxi province as an example,annotated and dissected the whole procedure of evaluation,making the methods in greater detail,and strengthening its practicality and operability It is of important guiding significance and reference effect to mass forestation,watershed management,and forestry development
