Example-based education has been widely used at present as an educational method with obvious effects in the ideological and political education of the university students.Through the guidance and extension functions of typical characters and events,example-based education has an important influence on moral education in universities.Such education among the students is carried out based on the psychological status of the educates and social learning theory of Albert Bandura;its effect is bound up with their motivation of learning,depth of awareness and shared feelings for the typical people.
