摘要
《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》对我国未来10年的教育改革发展作出了总体战略部署,也对高校共青团工作提出了新的要求。学习贯彻《纲要》精神,发挥共青团实践育人的优势,重点抓好大学生社会实践、志愿服务、社团建设、职业生涯规划教育和创业教育等工作,是高校共青团把大学生培养成中国特色社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人的重要工作形式。
＂The National medium-term and long-term educational reform and development plan outline（2010-2020）＂ made a general strategic deployment on the development of China＇s educational reform in the next 10 years,and also put forward new requirements for the university Youth League.Studying and implementing the spirit of the outline,giving play to the advantage of the League in practical education,concentrating on the following work： students＇ social practice,voluntary service,organization development,career planning education and entrepreneurial education,etc.It is an important way of working for the university Youth League to train the students to become qualified builders and reliable successors of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics.
