依法治校背景下的大学生思想政治教育探析

Ideological and Political Education among College Students In the Context of School-running by Law:A Discussion

随着科教兴国战略的实施和依法治国方略的确立,依法治校已然成为学校管理的要求。依法治校对大学生思想政治教育提出了新的挑战:在思想政治教育理念上,思想政治教育工作者应树立"人本法治"理念;在思想政治教育内容上,应深化大学生法制教育,提高大学生法律素质;在思想政治教育方法上,应注重将思想政治教育融于学校依法管理之中,使学生在潜移默化中感受法治精神。

With the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the establishment of the statecraft of the rule by law,school-running by law has become the requirement of school management.School-running by law puts forward new requirements for the education of ideology and politics among college students： 1.As to the educational ideas,ideological and political educators should set up the humanistic concept of ＂managing according to law＂.2.As to the contents,it is necessary to deepen the legal education and make the students better educated in law.3.Regarding the educational methods,great attention should be paid to combining such education with the management of the college by law so as to make the students feel unconsciously influenced by the legal spirit of the law.
