摘要
高职院校中的非正式群体分为积极型、消极型和中性型,由美国心理学家赫茨伯格创立的"双因素理论"发现了成就、认可、学习本身等富有激励作用的因素,为人们选择激励手段和激励方式提供了参考。在管理过程中要根据具体的特点来确定是采用保健因素来消除其不满,还是用激励因素来促使其更满意,这样我们才能充分发挥非正式群体的积极作用,遏制其消极作用,真正达到管理的目的。
Informal groups in higher vocational colleges are divided into 3 types: aggressive,passive and neutral.The "Two Factor Theory",founded by the American psychologist Herzberg,discovered such stimulating factors as achievement,recognition and learning itself,providing references for people to choose the motivating paths and incentive means.In the administration process,it is essential to consider the specific characteristics when determining whether to eliminate their grievances with Motivator Hygiene Factor,or to promote their satisfaction with incentive factors.Thus we can bring full envolvment to the positive role of the informal groups and to suppress their negative effects,thereby achieving the management objectives.
