摘要当前的病人安全问题主要着眼于住院病人。有两种途径可以保障病人安全：一是采用组织良好、标准化和循证的治疗方式；二是要求有一个安全的文化体系（报告、合作等），能够利用检查手段和保护措施减少医疗事故和有害事件发生。
