摘要
通过水培试验和大田试验,研究了低硼胁迫下油菜叶片膜透性的改变和营养元素吸收平衡的关系。结果表明:低硼胁迫下,油菜叶片膜透性增加;植株体内正常的养分平衡受到破坏,但耐低硼胁迫的油菜品种中油821具有较高的硼吸收能力,维持体内正常的养分平衡方面优于对硼敏感的油菜品种浙优油2号。
Water culture and field trails were conducted to study the variation of membrane permeability in rape leaf in relation to the balance of nutrients under low boron stressResults indicated that low boron stress resulted in increase of membrane permeability in leaves and in change of normal and previous balance of nutrient in plantsUnder low boron stress Zhongyou 821,the tolerant variety to the low B stress,was capable of maintaining higher boron absorption and of havig normal balance of nutrient in plants,than Zheyou 2,the sensitive varitey to the low B stress
