低氧诱导因子1在血管形成及血管重塑中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 种植义齿技术是建立在骨整合理论的基础上,所谓骨整合即种植体表面与骨之间的直接结合,在自体骨上已达到理想的效果[1].随着生物医学、材料学、仿生学的发展,组织工程骨得到了迅速的发展,并以其优异的性能克服了自体和异体骨组织移植的缺点,有望在人体硬组织缺损修复中得到广泛应用[2].组织工程骨中心部位常缺乏血管,处于低氧状态,不利于局部组织与种植体形成有效的骨整合。
