摘要
采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定葡萄酒中白藜芦醇(T-RESVERATROL)的含量。葡萄酒样品经0.45μm超滤后可直接进样测定;采用乙晴-水流动相进行1∶9~9∶1梯度洗脱,在波长306nm下检测。试验结果表明,供试酒样中干红葡萄酒中白藜芦醇含量为0.6319~1.8818mg/L,高于干白葡萄酒中白藜芦醇的含量(0.1271~0.2559mg/L)。
The content of resveratrol in wines was dedermined
by HPLC.After being ultrafiltrated (0.45 μm),the wine samples were gradiently eluted by
acetonitrile water from 1∶9-9∶1.Then the content of resveratrol was detected under 306
nm.The results showed that among the wine samples,the resveratrol content in red wine was 0.
631 9 ̄1.881 8 mg·L -1 ,higher than that of white wine (0.127 1 ̄0.255 9 mg·L -1 ).
