体外冲击波碎石术中冲击波对组织的损伤效应 被引量:7

摘要 体外冲击波碎石术(extraeorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,ESWL)是应用冲击波的物理特性来治疗尿路结石,已成为当今治疗尿路结石的重要方法。冲击波对人体的生物学效应既有有利的一面,也有有害的一面。充分了解其物理效应,对于正确运用冲击波,提高临床疗效、减少损伤,开发研制新机型以及拓展冲击波在医学领域的应用范围都有重要意义。
