白光LED用单基质白色发光荧光粉的研究进展

白光LED作为一种新型的固体光源,在照明和显示领域有着巨大的应用前景.简要评述了近年来光转换型白光LED用单基质白色发光荧光粉的研究进展.重点阐述了以Eu2+,Eu2+/Mn2+,Eu2+/Ce3+或Ce3+/Mn2+等作为激活剂的硅酸盐、氯硅酸盐、硼酸盐和氯铝酸盐等单基质白色发光荧光粉的研究结果与最新进展.同时,对该类材料及其应用的研究现状和发展方向进行了分析.

White LEDs are regarded as a new style solid lamp-house, and have a large application foreground in the illumination and display region. The research progress of the single host white light emitting phosphor for white LEDs is briefly reviewed. The emphases contents focus on the Eu2＋, Eu2＋/Mn2＋, Eu2＋/Ce3＋ or Ce3＋/Mn2＋ activated system, such as silicate, chloroilicate, borate and chloroaluminate, and so on. Moreover, the application research actuality and development foreground of these phosphors are analyzed.
