摘要
在不同盐度、温度和饵料种类饲养条件下测定了台湾红罗非鱼幼鱼( 体重11.26~45 .56 g) 鱼体的生化成分和含能量。结果表明:在任何条件下台湾红罗非鱼幼鱼鱼体含水量与其蛋白质含量、脂肪含量和比能值分别存在显著的负线性相关关系,蛋白质和脂肪含量也分别与比能值显著相关,其中含水量与比能值的相关系数最高。因此,用含水量估计鱼体的生化成分及比能值简单可靠,鱼体生化成分受盐度和饵料等生态因子的影响,脂肪含量受盐度的影响有一定的变化规律,饵料种类( 日本刺沙蚕、混合藻液和颗粒饵料) 对鱼体生化成分的影响非常显著,对比能值的影响达到极显著水平,以日本刺沙蚕为饵料的鱼体蛋白质含量、脂肪含量及比能值均高于其他2 组。
The relationship between water content and biochemical components of the fingerlings(weighed 11.26~45.56 g) of Taiwan Residents red tilapia was studied under different salinities, food types, temperatures and body weight. Six salinities over the range of FW?35‰,three kinds of food(Neanthes japonica,mixed algae and pellet diet)and three kinds of temperatures(22,28 and 34℃) were used.The significant negative correlations were found between lipid,protein,energy content and water content at all experimental conditions above.It was suggested that estimating energy content, protein and lipid using water content was a reliable and convenient method for Taiwan Residents red tilapia.
