菜籽饼中多酚类物质的脱除及蛋白质提取与分离研究(英文) 被引量:4

摘要 油菜在中国和加拿大都是非常重要的经济作物。菜籽饼中蛋白质含量在28% ~45 % 之间,但也含大量抗营养物质,其中多酚类物质对蛋白质的色泽影响较大,到目前为止,它仅能部分被人们用来作为动物饲料。本研究采用新的提取方法,即先用80 % 乙醇脱除酚类物质,然后以0.01~0 .1 mol/LNaCl 和0 .01 ~0 .1 mol/LNaH2PO4 ,pH 值控制在5 .0 ~6 .0 进行提取。结果显示0.01 mol/LNaCl 和0 .01 mol/LNaH2PO4 ,pH 为5 .0 时提取效果最佳。此种方法在有效脱除营养物质后。 Rapeseed is the very important cash crop in China and Canada. Rapeseed meal contains 28%~45% protein, but it contains many antinutritional materials too, so it can only be fed for animal. Our new method of protein extracted removes the antinutritional materials effectively and get the almost white protein. First eighty percent of ethanol was employed to remove the phenolic compounds from meal, then the extracted condition was selected 0.01~0.1 mol/L NaCl/NaH\-2PO\-4 as buffer in which its pH value ranges from pH 5.0 to 6.0. The extracted optimum is 0.01 mol/L NaCl and 0.01~0.1 mol/L NaH\-2PO\-4, pH=5.0, extraction was repeated three times. Every time the meal vs eighty percent ethanol is 1∶3 (w/v).
