摘要
用10mg·L-1的SN5溶液处理齐穗后的汕优63,结果表明:SN5能提高水稻叶片中酶促自由基清除剂的活性,增加可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质的含量,减少游离氨基酸和丙二醛的积累,减缓叶绿素的降解,通过促进同化物向穗部的转运,明显提高结实率和产量。
SN5 solution of 10 mg/L was sprayed upon the full heading stage of Shan You 63 (a hybridized combination of rice). The results indicated that SN5 raised the activities of enzymes involved in the elimination of free radicals in leaves, increased the content of soluble sugar and protein, reduced the accumulation of free amino acid and MDA and retarded the catabolism of chlorophyll. It also obviously increased the rate of grain set and yield by the way of transferring the assimilate in leaves and stem into ears efficiently.
